Is my content confidential by default?
No. User Content is not treated as confidential unless you have a separate confidentiality agreement with us. We implement security safeguards to protect your data, but you should not upload content you require to be kept confidential without discussing enterprise terms.
Can DesignGen use my content for AI models?
Yes. By using the service, you grant us the right to use your prompts, reference images, and generated outputs to train and evaluate our machine learning models, and to create aggregated or de-identified datasets. This helps us improve the quality of designs for all users.
Do you block non-U.S. traffic?
Yes. DesignGen is currently available only to users located in the United States. We use IP-based geolocation and network-level controls to restrict access from other countries.
Can you guarantee absolute security?
No. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. We commit to promptly addressing any security incidents and notifying affected users as required by law.
