Question 2

What makes DesignGen different from generic AI image tools?

Accepted Answer

DesignGen focuses on print production needs, including clean, print-ready outputs, real transparent PNGs on the Ultra Max quality tier, and strong text rendering.

Question 3

Do I need to download software?

Accepted Answer

No. DesignGen works in a modern web browser and does not require installation.

Question 4

Is DesignGen currently free?

Accepted Answer

Which AI model should I use?

Accepted Answer

Pick the quality tier that fits the job: Light for fast drafts, Standard for everyday artwork up to 2K, Ultra for polished detail up to 4K, and Ultra Max for the finest detail and real transparent PNGs. Each tier has one price everywhere in DesignGen, and an edit costs the same as a new image at the same settings.

DesignGen's models are trained for text generation so you do not have to manually fix misspellings in typical workflows. Always review final output before production.

Question 7

Accepted Answer

No. Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or non-infringing. You are responsible for verifying rights before use.

Accepted Answer

Yes. DesignGen includes 'Generate with Reference' and supports reference-based editing including Ultra Max reference file support.

Accepted Answer

Designs generate as print-ready PNG files. Light, Standard, and Ultra return a solid background; Ultra Max returns a real transparent PNG.

Can I get SVG or PDF?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can export SVG or PDF using the Vectorize tool.

Question 11

Are backgrounds transparent?

Accepted Answer

Only on the Ultra Max quality tier, which returns a real transparent PNG. Light, Standard, and Ultra return a solid background by default; use the background-removal tool if you need transparency on those tiers.

Question 12

Should I still proof the artwork before printing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Proof the design for spelling, placement, trademark risk, and print constraints. You are responsible for rights and compliance before printing or selling.

Question 13

What is Mockup Studio?

Accepted Answer

Mockup Studio lets you generate photorealistic mockups using text prompts, and apply your design to products with realistic folds and lighting.

Yes. You can describe a model and scene in text and generate mockups from that description.
