Start with the person who will see it.
A regular customer needs a reason to come back. A nearby shopper wants to know what is new. A future client may care about how you made it. The same tote can open three different conversations.
Choose an example below. Notice how the caption changes with the audience. The product details are sample copy: replace them with what is true about your own work.
Choose the account your customers know.
For our Friday drop, start with the Facebook Page your customers follow. When access is active, open Social Connect and find Connected accounts.
- Choose Connect for Facebook and continue through the network’s authorization screens.
- Select the intended Page when prompted, then return to DesignGen.
- Read the connected account name. Check the Page, company, business location or board attached to it.
Connecting a different kind of account?
Facebook uses Pages. Instagram needs a professional account. LinkedIn supports profiles and company pages. Google Business Profile uses a location; Pinterest uses a board. Each destination opens separately during rollout.
Enter passwords only on the social network’s authorization screen. Your assistant does not need them.
Show the finished piece. Give it some context.
Choose the connected Page, then select your available finished tote mockup from Studio media. A mockup helps a customer picture the bag they can carry. Check the image at full size before using it.

Write one useful invitation. For this example, the customer should understand what is new and what to do next:
Your new everyday carry has arrived. Meet our botanical tote, printed in the shop and ready for the weekend. Come see the finished piece in person.
Change every product fact to match your launch. Add a price, date, offer or opening time only after checking it. Choose Schedule for later, set Friday’s date, 10 a.m. and your intended timezone, then choose Save draft & review.
What changes on another platform?
YouTube needs video. Pinterest needs media and a board. X captions cannot include links in this release.
TikTok’s privacy and delivery method change what happens next. Inbox delivery needs you to finish in TikTok. Check your destination’s options before saving the draft.
Give your assistant the context you already have.
You can ask Operator, the Creative Studio assistant or your connected MCP assistant to help prepare the saved draft. A useful brief names the finished media, audience, account and timing.
Use my tote mockup for our Facebook Page. Draft Friday’s launch post for 10 a.m. in my timezone, then save it for review.
If an account or product detail is missing, settle it together. Open the saved review in DesignGen when the draft is ready. Assistant preparation does not replace your approval.
Give the saved post a final review.
Would you understand the tote, the invitation and the timing if this appeared in your feed? Now check the saved version in the review panel:
Tick the separate approval checkbox and use the publish or schedule action shown for that saved draft. If you change anything, save and review the new version again.
Something is missing from the preview?
Approval stays blocked if saved media cannot be previewed. Choose available studio media and save a new draft. Open the new review and check every intended item before approving.
Know the difference between queued and live.
A scheduled post is waiting for its time. Use Check status on the existing post to read the result. A confirmed successful platform result is what makes it Published.
If the plan changes before the scheduled time, choose Cancel schedule while the job is still editable, then check its resulting status. This stops a future schedule; it does not remove a post that is already live.
That is the routine: a useful idea, a saved version you trust and a result you can check. Repeat it for the next destination, giving that audience its own caption.
Your work has a story. Start telling it.
Pro and Enterprise include Social Connect. Other plans can add it for $19/month when preorders open. Request a place today, then check Settings → Add-ons for your own access status.
