TopicDetails
Best forPro subscribers (monthly or annual) who want to confirm how and when they get Operator access.
Start hereExisting Pro subscribers need do nothing. New Pro subscribers get access in the same signed-in session once billing confirms the subscription.
OutcomeOperator opens with no waitlist, invitation email, or acceptance step, as long as a verified email and an eligible Pro subscription are in place.

Open it now

Before you start

  • A verified email is required, the same as before this change.
  • Access is included with Pro, but usage is not free or unlimited. Runs still use credits.
  • An active Pro trial counts as Pro for access purposes.

Who gets access

  • Every eligible Pro subscriber, monthly or annual, can open and use Operator. There is no waitlist, invitation email, or acceptance step.
  • Existing Pro subscribers need do nothing. Access is already included.
  • An active Pro trial counts as Pro.
  • A subscription that is scheduled to cancel keeps access until it actually ends.
  • Past-due, unpaid, paused, or canceled subscriptions do not include access.

What happens right after you upgrade to Pro

  • Access unlocks in the same signed-in session once billing confirms the new subscription.
  • The billing page shows "Activating Operator for your Pro plan…" while confirmation is in progress.
  • Once confirmed, it shows "Your AI agent is ready. Operator is included with Pro—no invitation needed." with an Open Operator button.
  • If confirmation takes longer than usual, it shows "We’re confirming your Pro access. This can take a minute after checkout." with a Check again button.
  • The dashboard Operator shortcut reads "Included with Pro" and opens the workspace directly.

What access includes

  • Access itself is included with Pro at no extra step.
  • Operator runs use credits for the tools they run, for example image generation and upscales, from the same credit table as the rest of DesignGen.
  • Pro’s existing Operator limits still apply: concurrent runs, run duration, and run cost ceiling.

If you are not on Pro

  • You can still request beta access on the waitlist.
  • If you were already invited to the beta, you keep that access.
  • Buying Pro does not restore access to an account whose Operator access was revoked by DesignGen; contact support instead.

Developer API access is separate: Pro admission does not grant API keys or scopes. Developer API access to Operator still requires its own developer API access.
