Image quality tier · Ultra
Polished detail, up to 4K
Ultra is the polished tier. It costs 15, 22 or 40 credits at 1K, 2K or 4K, and in our examples it gave the crispest, cleanest edges.
Pick Ultra in the model picker before you generate. Available on every plan. 2K needs a paid plan and 4K needs Pro or Enterprise.

Verdict
When Ultra fits
Choose it when
- The artwork is close to final and needs clean edges.
- You need a larger file, up to 4K.
- You want a clean, vector-like look.
Skip it when
- You are still exploring ideas. Light costs less per try.
- You need a transparent background. Use Ultra Max.
- You need the most detail and texture. Ultra Max had more in our examples.
Strongest jobs
- Near-final tee and merch graphics.
- Bold mascots and badge-style artwork with clean outlines.
- Larger files for print, up to 4K.
Known limits
- It sometimes adds a frame or ground you did not ask for. It did this twice in our examples.
- Cost rises with size: 15, 22 or 40 credits at 1K, 2K or 4K.
- Asking for a transparent background returns a solid background. Real transparent PNGs come only from Ultra Max.
- Creative Studio uses standard art direction on this tier. Pro art direction runs only on Ultra Max.

Before you generate
Prompt tips
- 01Ask for "plain background, no border" when you want the artwork alone.
- 02Describe the fine details you care about, such as "scored loaf" or "fine-line leaves".
- 03Put any text in quotes, exactly as it should read.
- 04Work out the design at 1K, then run the final at 4K.
Recovery
When it goes wrong
- A frame, border or ground appears that you did not ask for.
- Add "plain background, no border" to the prompt and run it again, or edit the image to remove it.
- You asked for a transparent background and got a solid one.
- Only Ultra Max makes real transparent PNGs. Run the final on Ultra Max.
- Credits go faster than you expected.
- 4K costs 40 credits against 15 at 1K. Draft on Light or at 1K, and move to 4K for the final.
- Lettering comes back with a wrong or extra letter.
- Check every word before you use the image. One image in our example set misspelled a team name. Put the exact text in quotes, then edit the image or run it again.
