Your tote post has an account, a caption and a proposed time. This is the moment to read it as the customer who will see it.
Your goal: approve one saved version you trust, then know whether it is waiting, published or needs attention. These steps require active Social Connect access and an enabled destination.
Open Review for the draft. Read what is saved in that panel, including the account name and every selected media item.
| Check | Ask yourself |
|---|---|
| Account | Is this the exact Page, profile, location or board I intended? |
| Artwork | Can I see every image or video, and does the crop tell the right story? |
| Caption | Is the invitation useful? Are the product facts, prices and dates accurate? |
| Settings | Do the visibility and delivery options match my intention? |
| Timing | Are the date, time and timezone right for this launch? |
For Friday’s tote drop, you should be able to say: “This version goes to our shop’s Page, shows the finished tote and invites customers to visit.”
If any saved media is missing from the preview, approval is blocked. Choose available studio media, save a new draft and inspect the new review.
Tick the separate approval checkbox, then choose the publish or schedule action shown for the saved draft.
Changing the caption, account, media, settings or timing clears approval. Save and review the new version before continuing. Operator and other assistants can prepare the draft; final approval belongs to you in DesignGen.
Use Check status on the existing post. These labels describe different outcomes:
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Draft | Open Review when you are ready to inspect and approve it. |
| Scheduled | The post is waiting for its time. Check the account and schedule if your plan changes. |
| Publishing or Submitting | Allow the existing submission to settle, then check its status. |
| Published | A matching successful platform result has been confirmed. |
| Status unconfirmed | Refresh the existing post before creating another draft or submission. |
| Failed | Read the reported problem and correct the cause before trying again. |
| Finish in TikTok | Open TikTok and finish the inbox delivery there. |
A scheduled job is not yet a live post. TikTok inbox delivery also has another step before the audience can see it.
Open the scheduled post and choose Cancel schedule while the job is still future and editable. Check the resulting status before leaving.
This cancels a future schedule. It does not remove an already published social post; this release does not offer that deletion workflow.
If a result is uncertain, work from the existing post and use Check status. Creating several fresh drafts makes it harder to know which version you meant to send.
For missing media, select available studio media and save a new draft. For a past schedule, choose a future time and review again. For an account warning, restore its connection and check the destination name.
If access is paused, check Settings → Add-ons. Use the Help Center when the message does not give you a clear next step.
Next: make a separate version for another audience using the Social Connect posting guide. Keep the visual when it fits, and give the caption a job of its own.
